What does meditation do?
The positive and healing effects on our entire organism is scientifically proven. The nervous system is calmed and the ability to concentrate is increased. The circulation improves and the heart load is reduced. Meditation helps our brain to recover from the permanent stress and overstimulation. People who meditate often report that they have gained new zest for life and energy, and have experienced new stability in both their professional and personal lives.
Is meditation difficult to learn?
No. However, it is important to be professionally guided and to invest time in yourself. Especially patience and regular practice determine success.
The meditation we practice is easy to learn and is already practiced by many people in many countries. The meditative music developed by Santulan and the mantras written in Sanskrit create certain vibration patterns in the body, which have a positive effect on our entire body. This has been confirmed by renowned universities and scientists.
What happens in a coaching session?
In the beginning there is the "arrival". From the first minute you will feel like you are in a retreat and leave your everyday life outside. Then we talk especially about what is important to you personally. After that we will discuss e.g. backgrounds from the natural sciences and relatively quickly we get into the practice. Usually we start with breathing exercises before moving into meditation techniques. We sit on a chair or comfortably on a mat with a cushion. Our mood tends to be light-hearted, even though we are working on serious goals. Laughter and some fun is definitely encouraged. And we also serve good, freshly made chai tea...
Who do you work with?
I work very closely with the very well-known Atmasantulana Village in India, where people travel from all over the world to meditate and learn. Together we develop content and programs for our workshops. We are also associated with various doctors, experts and priests who are involved in meditation training. Our clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds. For example, from banks and investment companies, the German Soccer League, film and media companies, the IT and soft industries, crafts, teaching professions, medicine and science, etc.
What else might be interesting to know about you?
I am a family man. I believe in things that are long-term. This also applies to friendships and business relationships. I firmly believe that through meditation and changing our lifestyle, we will create a new, better consciousness in the world. But this has to happen now. Therefore, I see it as my task to bring this to as many people as possible. I am open to new things and I always find it exciting to meet people who have good ideas that I would never have thought of myself.
I have had to overcome many hurdles and have had very big challenges in life. People have disappointed me, but many more people have given me joy in life and helped to move things forward. Again and again, these are also people I don't know that well. This always gives me new energy and the conviction that each of us can move a lot if we work together.
Oh yes, and if someone offers me a piece of chocolate, I'll probably take it, I love chocolate....
What is Life in Balance Coaching?
Our lives are becoming more and more stressful despite the ever increasing modernization. Permanent pressure to perform and having hardly any time for ourselves affects most of us today. People's health and immunity are constantly deteriorating. The number of people suffering from depression, anxiety and worry is rapidly increasing worldwide. Happiness and contentment are becoming rarer and rarer despite prosperity. The Life in Balance program is a unique, very practical and easy to understand program for my daily life, developed by Dr. Shri Balaji També together with a team of Ayurvedic doctors, scientists and life coaching experts. In individual modules, you learn what to do to live a balanced and contented life in harmony with nature. The modules are universally applicable and scientifically based.
For whom is coaching suitable?
For people who are open, who simply want to try things out and really change something in themselves or in the company they work for. Change starts with myself, not with others. You have to be willing to invest in yourself, both time and money. Each of us has different means and resources at our disposal. There are almost always solutions.
For those who want to give very little time and basically do not want to invest money, it is not the right way. Also who thinks meditation is religious tam tam or just a bit of wellness for the head, will never experience what energy you can get, what is really in each of us and how even big problems can dissolve. Unless you are open, try it out and judge only afterwards...
